Works fine here (Debian Lenny).

I get these messages

enc_applemac.tex:9   Cannot find '' style using 'Normal' style
enc_applemac.tex:12  Cannot find '' style using 'Normal' style
enc_applemac.tex:15  Cannot find '' style using 'Normal' style

for each encoding tested.

Is that correct ?
