Knitr document additions

Hello Scott, Wilfried,

I am using latex2rtf for the first time in some years, and found a few
new bits I need for processing the output of knitr files [1]. This
format produces a new environment called an Schunk. The easiest way to
deal with this is just to ignore it:

I am also using the \micro and \gram symbols from the SI package. These
are easily added to the direct.cfg file:

Have you given any thought to switching to github or bitbucket? This
kind of small tweaks would be easy to deal with as forks/pull requests.
