latex2rtf to be released soon

Hi All,

This weekend I cleared out the bugs/patches/suggestions on the 
latex2rtf website.
I also added support for new bibliographic styles (harvard and the 
\bibpunct
command from the natbib package).  I have assigned some bugs/suggestions
to Wilfried since they deal with windows issues.

I have fixed the obvious problems with security in expandmacro.  However
since security was never a primary goal of this program I do not think 
that it
will ever be completely secure.

I will release 1.9.16 in the next few days unless I hear otherwise.
