It is :-) hyph-no.tex should not be used directly; there is no loadhyph-no.tex as you can see. Hyphenation patterns for Norwegian are available in the nearly identical files hyph-nb.tex and hyph-nn.tex, which is the ones Babel and Polyglossia use (via the usual loadhyph-* files). Best, Arthur
