Documentation: cfgguide, Babel hyphen.cfg and language.dat

May I suggest that a note be put in the ``Hyphenation configuration''
paragraph? specifying---since Babel is a requirement---that if Babel's
directories are in the search path, its hyphen.cfg will be used loading
in turn language.dat, with an ordered list of records

<name> <hyphen patterns file name>
[=alias]*

or, alternativaly, simply mentioning to consult Babel's documentation.
