Do you have the option colorlinks=true in your hyperref config file? If this
option is used, hyperref loads the color.sty package, which is incompatible
with pstricks. pstricks is loaded by seminar. Check your latex log file whether
color.sty is loaded. When color.sty is not loaded, the color commands work
correctly.
I strongly suggest to include colorlinks=false in the option list of the
\RequirePackage[...]{hyperref} command in prosper.cls to prevent color.sty from
being loaded by hyperref.
