Prosper-make and Prosper-notes updated

These new archives correct the following bugs (extract of the
Changelog):
Prosper-make:
"make check" hangs : added a "-v" option to the psselect
command. Thanks to Arne Henningsen, Andrass Ziska Davidsen
and Stephane LABROSSE for their bug report.
Prosper-notes:
"make notes" did not find the eps-files : added a
\graphicspath{{fig-notes/}} command in the notes-preamble.txt.
