Itemize error!!

I have downloaded the prosper package from

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=14812&release_id=61681

and is trying to have the output of the following:

It runs okay if i remove the itemize environment. But if i use it it is 
giving the error written after code.

\NoFrenchBabelItemize
