Black background in fullscreen

Hi everyone

I'm prepraring a talk with lyx+prosper including eps-Graphics 
using the following options:
blends,pdf,accumulate,slideColor,colorBG
Now blends has white background but whenever I start 
the presentation with Acroread 5.0 (under Linux) in fullscreen
the background is partly black and messy and you can't read anything. 
In normal viewing mode it looks fine though. 

Has anyone experienced such a problem, is it well known. 
Other pdf files look fine in fullscreen.
