hyperrefs to labels don't work?

Is there a way to get this to work?

\documentclass{prosper}
\begin{document}
\begin{slide}{Slide One}
  \label{one}
\end{slide}
\begin{slide}{Slide Two}
  \hyperref[one]{one}
\end{slide}
\end{document}


In a PDF viewer "one" on "Slide Two" is marked as link, but it does not
take me anywhere.  :-(

Any ideas highly appreciated.  (FYI, I ran latex several times and the
reason I'm not using \hypertarget instead of \label is that it causes
other problems for me.)
