Hello all,

I'm a newbi un prosper, and I would like to make a presentation which has a 
menu on the left side. I would like a sort of table of content on all the 
pages, that wouold be dynamical in order to click and go to the page, using 
Acrobat Reader on Linux

Do you know where I can find information about this?
