I have done such a "style" in the following way (in the ppr style file):

\newcommand{\CilinderFrame@c}[1]{%
... definition of the style .....
  {#1}}

\newcommand{\TitleFrame@c}[1]{%
.... definition of the style ...
{#1}}

\PDFCroppingBox{10 40 594 850}
......

\def\cylinder{%
\NewSlideStyle{t}{5.0,3.2}{CilinderFrame@c}

\def\cyltitle{%
\NewSlideStyle{c}{5.2,0.7}{TitleFrame@c}}

%
%  Default style
%
\cylinder

.....

Then when making the slides, you type \cylinder if you want to use this
style, or else type \cyltitle if you want to use the other style.

I have a PPRcylinder style that I submitted to be included in the list of
prosper styles, but I have not seen it yet. I can send the file anyone
that wants try it.
