prosper newbie

hi people

i am new to prosper, and would like to know how to include png files in
\Logo. Right now, I use
       \Logo{\includegraphics[height=.8cm]{IULogo.png}}
This gives an error :
       ! LaTeX Error: Cannot determine size of graphic in ../graphics/IULogo.png (no BoundingBox).

I can change the logo to an EPS file at a substantial loss of resolution
but can someone help me put the logo in the png form itself ?
