Hi,
I tried to make an RPM package from the latest prosper CVS and noticed
that many examples (doc/doc-examples/) could not compile with the v1.25
prosper.cls. Removing "\RequirePackage{pstcol}" from the prosper.cls
solves the problem. Since I am almost blind to the pstricks package, I
have no idea what pstcol does and how the removal affects the prosper
class file. So here are my questions:
1. Is the removal of "\RequirePackage{pstcol}" OK to the class?
2. Can I use the modified prosper.cls in my RPM package (shared at
http://apt.ling.li/rpms/tetex-prosper/) without renaming it? I remember
somewhere (but I cannot find it now) says I have to rename files if I
modify them; However, renaming the main class file is a big trouble to
users.
Thanks!
