Re: slide colour goes all black

Thanks for the reply.

I had a quick look at the bug list of the prosper project and found that 
bug #578762 with title "Acrobat reader 5.0.5 and prosper = no go?" or 
something of the sort deals with the same problem.

Apparently the problem is with the gradient that the gyom style uses, 
which I modified in order to get my style. If you take the gradient out, 
it all works fine.

In fact, the following substitution of text in the original gyom style 
file will work. It just changes the gradient to a solid fill:

original text:
\psline[linewidth=4pt,fillstyle=gradient,gradbegin=lemonchiffon,gradend=orange](-1,8.4)(-1,7.4)(7,7.4)

changed text:
\psline[linewidth=4pt,fillstyle=solid,fillcolor=lemonchiffon](-1,8.4)(-1,7.4)(7,7.4)

Also, I tried using xpdf -fullscreen and it works fine, absolutely no 
problem with the colour, gradient or no gradient.
