Video inclusion

Hello,
I have seen the very nice tutorial

Though i am not able to get a video to repeat nor am i able to get the
ShowControls to actually show the controls in the pdf file.  I am using
latex-dvips-ps2pdf .   Has anyone else encountered these problems?

Using Hendri's example showing how to play the sound file i can modify it
to display a video and repeat it, however i cannot display the movie
controls.  


What i have done so far is

This does play a movie, but i cannot figure out how to display the movie
controls.

Any help would be appreciated,
