Release of "Prosper Preview" v0.12

Hello,

I'm proud to announce the release of "Prosper Preview" (ppr-prv) v0.12.
The update has been commited to both CTAN and MikTeX and will be
available for download soon (time of mirroring process for CTAN and 30
march for MikTeX).

Changes since previous version are:
     * Support for the onSlide macros added by HA-prosper ;
     * Use of the 'HAP-ppr-prv.def' file for the support of HA-prosper ;
     * Changes to support HA-prosper 4.0 (one undefined counter, some new
       seminar and prosper macros are needed).
