I could be mistaken, but this is not prosper code. For instance:

Prosper thinks `english' is a style, which does not exists in my distro.

Prosper uses \begin{slide}{title}...\end{slide} constructs
to make slides. What you end up with is seminar notes instead
of prosper slides!

Please study the prosper manual and examples.
