It is not with my version of dvips and ghostview.

The sample does not compile because you are using `color'. This
is incompatible to pstricks color model. Do:
\usepackage{fancybox}
\newcmykcolor{Apricot}{0 0.32 0.52 0}
And if you actually want to use the color, do \Apricot inside
a slide; outside it doesn't have any effect since prosper will
overrule it with \@fontText.
