where is the latest release?

hi,

i have currently v 1.5 2001/1/31 but have a users doc lying
around that suggest v 2 is out, and in fact talks about options
in the class that doesn't work with my version of prosper.cls.
question is, where can i get the latest version, because
even at the sourceforge is suggests only v.1.00.4 is out?
there was question on this in the archives in 2003, but there
was no answer to it.
can anybody clearify what the latest release is and
where i can get it.
