Hmm, float on a slide, not that won't work at all.

Use \rput[tl](0,0){\includegraphics[scale=.5]{b.ps}}

Change (0,0) to change position. For info on \rput,
see pstricks docs. For info on \includegraphics,
see graphicx docs.
