sugestion for the FAQ

On the 8th item of the FAQ that says:
"
8. The right footer (slide number) runs from the slides.

Solution: specify a4 paper in the DVI2PS step using '-t a4' as one of
the options.
"
I believe it should be added:
"For GhostScript, GS and DVIPDF users add the '-sPAPERSIZE=a4' option."
It will help lots windows users and also some of us that use the
DVIPDF script rather than the DVI2PS.
