RE: }-warning when using \fromSlide inside tabular environment

& and \\ can't be used in \fromSlide (and friends)
if not fully processed into boxes by, for instance,
the tabular environment. So, either have the full
tabular in a \fromSlide and if you don't want to
repeat the tabular everytime (as done, eg,  here:
http://www.geocities.com/kijoo2000/prosper_guide.pdf
)
make sure the \fromSlide only contains a single cell.

Further, for maths, one should use `align' from amsmath
and \bm for bold math (\bf changes italic shape to roman)
and is not a LaTeX command (see your favorite manual or
the TeX FAQ for more info on that).
