I think it is far too small to produce a decent eps. I have experience with
jpeg conversions to (e)ps which is comparably bad. I suggest you try and
find a bigger logo or an eps. The logo has been produced somehow and I'm
sure it wasn't in gif format. Try to find the source and let them make a
good eps.
