Hi,
some years ago I wrote a same extension that adds a
table of contents into the slides. Have a look here:
http://csd.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de/~dierks/linklist.html
It contains a command called \listedHypertarget
which has an optional argument to determine on which
overlay the link should point to. This is not a direct
solution to your problem, however it may help
you to see how to solve it.
%%% \listedHypertarget[overlay]{Label}{Target}{short description of target}
%%% as \hypertarget{Label}{Target} but adds an entry
%%% in the list with the short description pointing to
%%% the slide. The optional
%%% parameter specifies the overlay to be shown when
%%% clicking the link (default=last).
