The lack of version info and dates with semcolor and pstricks suggests that
you have to update seminar and pstricks. I know, you did pstricks already,
but from your filelist, I get the feeling that didn't work out. I suggest
that you use the miktex package manager to remove pstricks and reinstall it
from the net. After that, update all installed packages using the update
wizard.
