Take PPRblends.sty, copy it, rename it and look in the file for
\newcommand{\Blendsframe}[1]{%

near the end of that macro, make it:
}
\rput[tl](a,b){\includegraphics{secondlogo.eps}}
\PutLogo % Mandatory
{#1}}

with a and b some coordinates. See also
