When I make a prosper document and send it through dvips with dvips -Ppdf file The resulting pdf from sending it through Adobe online encoding comes back landscape but is clipped. This also happens with ps2pdf (ghostscript). When I encode it with dvips -Ppdf -t a4 it works fine with ps2pdf (landscape no clipping) but from Adobe online encoding, it comes back a4 but portrait. When I encode it with dvips -Ppdf -ta4 -t landscape It also comes back portrait from Adobe online encoding. Does anyone know how to properly encode the postscript file so that Adobe online encoding will do both a4 and landscape? I only use Linux so installing Acrobat locally is not an option. There doesn't seem to be any way to set this in the preferences of the Adobe online encoding. Is there any kind of utility to change the orientation of an existing pdf file? I tried grepping the file for portrait and didn't find anything. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf
