Howto overwrite item

Is it posible to overwrite an \item inside an itemstep environment, like when 
you use the onlySlide* commando?

I need to do something like this:

Language:

And the next slide have:

Language: PHP

I have it done with normal FromSlide and onlySlide* but I would like to put it 
in a itemstep environment, as I am itermizing.
