If I'm not wrong you're compiling your .tex document with PDFLatex. This is wrong: you need the prosper features from pstricks. You have to compile your tex with latex, then convert the dvi output into ps with dvips and then convert the ps file into pdf with ps2pdf. If I well remember this is a bit cumbersome with winshell but much easier if you use Texniccenter.
