Hello,
I am conducting a research study as part of the project *Accessibility
Extension for Software Developers with Low Vision*, which aims to make
coding environments more inclusive.

*Research Aim:*
To enhance the accessibility of *Integrated Development Environments (IDEs)*
for developers with low vision by developing a practical solution to
improve *code legibility*.

📋 *Purpose of the Survey*
This survey explores how software developers with low vision
experience *typography-related
challenges* when using IDEs. The goal is to better understand barriers to
code legibility and to identify ways IDEs can be adapted for developers
with changing vision needs.

🔒 *Privacy and Anonymity*

   - The survey is anonymous — no personal identifying information or email
   addresses will be collected.
   - Responses will be used for research purposes only.
   - Results will be reported in aggregate form so no individual can be
   identified.


♿ *Accessibility of This Survey*

   - Uses *Atkinson Hyperlegible Next* font for improved readability.
   - Questions are divided into sections to reduce cognitive load.
   - Fully compatible with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
   - Supports keyboard navigation.
   - Works with screen magnifiers and high-contrast settings.
   - Includes a progress bar to help track your place.
