Re: Weaving BibTeX

Hi Norman - back on your mail from July 29 about bibtex.web -> weave ->
tex errors due to:

    \catcode`E=13 \uppercase{\def E{e}}

Oren, Andreas, and I have released a new bibtex.web 0.99e to fix this,
and a few other formatting niglets. No code changes (apart from the
version number), just weave fixes.  It's in the CTAN and TL repositories
now, so will be included in TL26.

For the record, Oren didn't just make up the above craziness. It was in
tex.web (until 1990), and Oren copied it from there. When Knuth removed
it, in TeX 3.1 according to the versions I found, that wasn't noticed in
bibtex ...

Anyway, thanks for your report, which prodded me into prodding Oren
(again) :).
