Re: t1enc.def

Thanks Zdeněk.  For my purposes, that would be overkill.

I've been able to create  a stripped-down version of t1enc.def which
deletes the commands that are null-defined in David's code.  It seems to
work.  The downside is that updates to the official t1enc.def will have to
be incorporated by hand into the private version, but one hopes that
t1enc.def is stable.
