I installed the patch and ran the tests again using `autobackup 0` and
then `autobackup 1`... Here's the first one and everything seems OK

The difference with `autobackup 1` is that it doesn't generate the file
`___BACKUP_texlive-scripts.r76705.tar`, which is where
`texlive-scripts` is recovered from when `autobackup 0` is used... The
problem is that here a zero-size file is created and then moved/copied
over the one already in the backup directory... there are no processes
other than Perl running:
