koma-script is issueing NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE! warnings

I updated texlive yesterday, and now I see warnings when loading
scrextend.sty. I haven't noticed a functional problem, but perhaps a
version was released to CTAN that shouldn't have been. I am running
lualatex (not the dev version).
