I'm writing to you regarding your advice on compiling with the WileyNJDv5.

I also have a similar problem using MikTeX (latest version).

Your solution was to remove \use package{etex}%
%
\reserveomserts{28}

I do not see these packages, yet it still doesn't compile.

A sample of my error is shown below, where I have tried to compile their supplied Author's Guide.

If you would have any suggestions or could point me to someone or organization that could help me, I would gratefully appreciate it.
