Specifying the 2025 repo

I'm reinstalling TeX Live inside termux (Android terminal emulator) and 
when I run termux-install-tl I get

Perhaps you need to use a different CTAN mirror?

My problem is that I don't know the URL to use for the 2915 TL, and the 
docs and --help don't say how to find out, or what format the URL should take.

What should I use for the URL?
