I am not sure this is the right list as I thought there was one for
CTAN mirrors, but I could not find it, so I apologise if this is
irrelevant noise.

In case it matters, this install was upgraded from pretest to release on Sunday.

Since I got errors from the Oxford repo, I tried asking ctan for a
mirror, but  I get checksum errors specifically for texlive-scripts
and the upgrade ends with an error. This I definitely do not usually
see, even though the mirror ctan has given me is often problematic.
(Often the complaint is that the database is corrupt or invalid, but
then it just exits without doing anything at all.)
