Yes, since I just enabled pushing tlcritical to tlnet for tonight's
build.  The change is in the infrastructure files (TLUtils.pm), so would
ordinarily only show up in tlcritical. This change is simple enough (?!)
that it doesn't seem necessary to specially test there. --thanks, karl.
