Re: MS Defender triggering on install-tl-windows executable

Hi Garrett - thanks for the report.

It's a false positive (99.99% at least). This happens frequently with
our installer. We never know what triggers the reports and (as far as I
know) Microsoft does not provide enough information for us to do
anything about it.

BTW, we privately received a similar report today from another. Thus I
surmise that Microsoft recently changed its rules / updated its software
and the new version wrongly thinks our installer is dangerous. Our
installer itself has not changed in any meaningful way.

I'm very glad installation was able to proceed through the .zip file.
