Hello Vincenzo,
AFAIK TeX Live did _not_ include the non-free logos (i.e. the
contents of the “logos/” directory on CTAN), but only the _free_
LaTeX material. According to the package author, this can be
made to work using some free dummy logos that are included.
So I think there should be no problem.
