Re: Public key on keyserver.ubuntu.com not complete

    As you see, the file appears to be signed with the subkey
    4CE1877E19438C70, but both on the keyserver
    [ hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com/ ] and the WKD I could only find the
    primary key 0D5E5D9106BAB6BC.

Sorry for the belated and useless reply here. I don't know. As I recall,
I tried to upload the new subkey to keyserver.ubuntu.com when I made the
release and it failed.  I probably messed up somehow.

    I haven't checked keys.openpgp.org 

I kind of thought all keyservers were DOA at this point?
Though I see we have not updated https://tug.org/texlive/verify.html 
in this regard. Hmm.
