Hi,

a quick message to report that on page https://ctan.org/pkg/bitset, the 
link to the package documentation is wrong. It is 
https://mirrors.ctan.org//macros/latex/contrib/bitset.tds.zip/bitset.pdf 
(returning a 404), while there is a PDF at 
https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/bitset/bitset.pdf.
