As an additional verification, I just ran TLU on my secondary setup (M1 =
chip, macOS 27 Beta) on which the last TLU/tlmgr update was from July 9, =
before the database was split into normal/catalogue.

This was business as usual, first an infrastructure update, then package =
updates. No need to do anything special, to go to the Actions menu.

So we're back to normal. Thanks Karl for the fast and efficient =
response, as always.
