To clarify things: my setup is

	macOS 27.0 Beta 6
	TeX Live Utility 1.57
	texlive.infra 79653

I'm not mentioning TeXShop because it plays absolutely no role here.

When I launch TLU, I get a dialog that texlive.infra must be updated from 79653 to 79982:



Same with tlmgr on the command line:

	% sudo tlmgr update --list
