problems with pgf.tar.lzma

hello all,
I am trying to install miktex 2.9, everything goes well while 
downloading until I reach pgf.tar.lzma.
I read the post about this package and tried

http://mirror.its.dal.ca/ctan/systems/win32/miktex/tm/packages/pgf.tar.lzma

with no luck, and I am stuck there without being able to install version 2.9

any suggestion?!
