When you subscribe to a mailing list, you get *all* mails sent to the list, not just the ones that you find relevant. If you are not interested in the others, then unsubscribe yourself from the list and consult the archives: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=miktex-users in order to find replies to your specific request.
