sumatrapdf viewer

Several people have suggested the sumatrapdf viewer.  Once upon a time, I 
had tried it, but didn't like it for some reason.  I tried again and 
discovered that it does exactly what I want.  Not only doesn't it lock the 
file so you can recompose, but it also updates automatically when you do 
so.  Now I see no problem with using pdflatex as a matter of course.  I 
still like to keep dvi files as archives, since pdf is still proprietary.
