Bug? with change to hyphenation package

The hyph-utf8 package recently changed a filename (see http://ftp.math.purdue.edu/mirrors/ctan.org/language/hyph-utf8/doc/generic/hyph-utf8/CHANGES , #572). loadhyph-zh-latn.tex became loadhyph-zh-latn-pinyin.tex (in MikTeX, under tex\generic\hyph-utf8\loadhyph).

The MiKTeX package was updated accordingly, but some file somewhere was not, and now when I try to typeset a document it asks to download loadhyph-zh-latn.tex from a repository, but that file no longer exists (loadhyph-zh-latn-pinyin.tex does). So the document can never be completed.

I don't know if this is a problem with the hyph-utf8 package or with MiKTeX, and I don't know where the configuration file is to make the appropriate change (just copying the file with the new filename doesn't help).

Any suggestions?
