Yes, but it shows you how much temporary files are processed for
your rather simple graphics.

looks like postscript. When I look in my temp-folder I find tmp
files beloging together. E.g. a mik3F6 looking like your above,
including a mik3F5 and mik3F4 which contains only simple postscript
and a mik3f7 which looks like the generated pdf.

You could use debugview (http://www.miktex.org/diagnosing) to find
out how exactly miktex calls its ghostscript when processing the
tmp-files.
